Improving the competitiveness and innovation capacity of maritime sector SMEs of the Atlantic Area

The Stamar project falls under priority 1 of the Atlantic Area Operational Programme, "Promote transnational, entrepreneurial and innovation networks" and more specifically under objective 1 of this priority, "Development of knowledge transfers between companies and research centers". Stamar was created in response to the need to outline a transfer system in the regions of the Atlantic Area which works effectively and efficiently and leads to satisfactory results taking into account the particularities of SMEs operating in local markets.

  • Pilot transfer experience in each of the participating regions
  • Promote the rapprochement of research centers
  • Design and develop a joint strategy to facilitate the access to market technologies and facilitate transfer processes
  • Be the reference area to carry out the demonstrative activities of useful technological solutions for this sector
  • Encourage and promote the transfer of those technological solutions that contribute to the conservation of biodiversity
  • Expand the portfolio of technological solutions for SMEs
